The building drying process is a form of the building protection.

Since 1997 approx. 350 objects were fast dried by us with our micro wave technique.

The fast drying process by means of microwave engineering always presupposes the removal of the causes of the moisture penetration.
Advantages over conventional procedures:

  • high drying effectiveness
  • high penetration depth
  • supports all conventional procedures
  • purposeful treatment of damp ranges
  • weather and temperature-independently
  • small power requirement
  • biological (thermal) effect
Work with several units

A goal was working with as large a number from microwave units as possible. By it responding surface achievements can be attained in relatively short time. The possible number is usually determined thereby by the current offer and by the surface size. As optimal for dwellings and smaller surfaces again and again the use of three units turned out. These can be used with the drying process of walls vertically or horizontal.

3 Einheiten in vertikaler Anordnung als 3-er Turm. Damit wird eine Arbeitshöhe von 1,20m erreicht.
Fig. 1 shows 3 units in vertical arrangement as a tower.

Thus a work height of 1,20m is reached.

3 Einheiten in vertikaler Anordnung als 2-er Turm. Damit wird eine Arbeitshöhe von 0,80m erreicht.
Fig. 2 shows 3 units in vertical arrangement as a tower.

Thus a work height of 0,80m is reached.

Bild 3 zeigt den Einsatz von 6 Einheiten bei der Trocknung von 80 cm starkem Mischmauerwerk. Bedingung ist hierbei das Anliegen von Kraftstrom
Fig. 3 shows the use of 6 units with the drying process of 80 cm strong mixture brick-work.

Condition here is the request of power.

Bild 4 zeigt ein Gerät horizontal arbeitend.

Fig. 4 shows equipment horizontally working. This approach is of

importance particularly with the drying process of the first stone rows (to approx. 30 cm).
